International Agreements & Partnerships

ANU International Office (AIO) team is the central coordination point for the majority of the University’s international agreements, including: 

• Admission Pathways 
• Articulation 
• Dual and Joint Awards (coursework) 
• Memoranda of Understanding 
• Research partnerships
• Staff Exchange
• Student Exchange 
• Study Abroad   

AIO provides strategic advice on the international partnerships and agreements, including implementation of and compliance with the University’s policies and procedures, as well as maintaining the University’s central agreements repository. 

Our work involves detailed assessment, due diligence and advice about partnership and agreement proposals, agreement drafting and review, liaison with international partners and internal parties, as well as recommendations to the responsible delegated authorities about partnerships and agreement proposals.  

The central repository maintained by AIO is an online database which captures all international partnership agreements and associated relevant data, including College and School based agreements (excluding research-specific and funding related agreements).
