Participant Information Sheets (PIS) are provided to potential participants of surveys or other data collections that involve human participants. These documents are an important part of the informed consent process, and allow potential participants to clearly understand the scope of the project, what will be expected of them, and what their rights are in the context of the data collection.

The Institutional Research (IR) team will keep PIS documentation available on this webpage for the duration of the associated data collections.
