Downloading large emails from Cloudstor

  1. The recipient(s) open the email containing the Cloudstor download link for the File they have been granted access to.
  2. Select the download link from inside the email. This will open a web browser on the recipients computer taking them to the direct location for the file download.
  3. Select Start Download
  4. Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the file. Once file download is complete, the recipient(s) are able to close the browser window.
    • The Sender will receive an email from Cloudstor letting them know the file has been downloaded by the intended recipient(s).
    • The recipients will also get an email from Cloudstor stating that they have downloaded the attachment.
