Resources for new staff

The orientation process ideally begins before you actually commence in your new role, and will continue over several weeks and months once you take up your position. It will have local and ANU-wide components, will need to involve your supervisor and your colleagues, and should include the following elements:

  • local area induction
  • induction at College / Division level
  • online orientation modules
  • University-wide 'Welcome & Orientation' sessions

As soon as you have commenced work and gained access to ANU systems, you can take a number of practical steps to settle into your new role and explore the University Campus.
