External service providers

Examples include:

  • Lighting, sound and audiovisual suppliers
  • Security and crowd control services
  • Equipment hire and event production companies
  • Music bands, performers
  • Other contractors providing services as part of your event

What do I need from my service provider?

Depending on the provider and the activity being undertaken, current Public Liability Insurance and completion of the ANU Contractor Induction may be required. External service providers must hold at least $20 million Public Liability Insurance. Provide details of each external provider in your application so the applicable requirements can be confirmed.
