The ISFS Division forms part of the university’s International Strategy Portfolio and reports to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International Strategy) Professor Sally Wheeler.
We specialise in attracting talented prospective students from across the country and around the world to study at ANU. We do this by:
collating market intelligence
delivering the University’s domestic and international recruitment and awareness campaigns
building and maintaining relationships with education agents, schools, parents and sponsors
managing the ANU visual and verbal identity – also known as the brand.
The International Strategy and Future Students Division also handles enquiries from all prospective students and their influencers helping them to navigate their way through the unique ANU application and offer processes for domestic and international applicants.
Everything we do supports the diversification of the University’s student cohort and promotes our diverse and welcoming community. We take a student-centred approach in our work with a focus on optimising customer experience. We also work closely with marketing and recruitment colleges across the ANU Colleges and relevant Service Divisions to provide the best service possible to our internal and external stakeholders.
