What other innovation networks and opportunities are available to me?

Canberra Innovation Network: An open collaboration of the major contributors to the Canberra innovation ecosystem, of which ANU is a Foundation Member. The Canberra Innovation Network runs regular events for the innovation community, such as the “First Wednesday Connect” networking events, where researchers can engage with industry.

GRIFFIN Accelerator: GRIFFIN is a local business accelerator program for startups. GRIFFIN runs three-month intensive program, which is led by entrepreneurs who invest in, mentor and teach selected ventures in exchange for equity.

KILN Incubator: KILN is a local incubator program. KILN runs “INSPIRE” workshops and business coaching to help individuals turn their ideas into high growth businesses, including customer validation, business models, etc.

ON Accelerator: ON is a national science and technology accelerator from CSIRO of which ANU is a partner. ON runs two program: ON Prime, a pre-accelerator program; and ON Accelerate, a 12-week accelerator program with access to funding.

Mill House Ventures: The Mill House is a social enterprise accelerator designed to accelerate the business growth and impact of not-for-profit and social ventures. Mill House offers a three-month accelerator as well as other training and resources.

Renewables Innovation Hub: Canberra’s renewables and cleantech innovation community, providing a collaborative co-working space and events for those working in the renewables sectors.
