Whiteboard is a collaborative whiteboarding software. It provides templates, shapes and collaborative tools for meetings, planning sessions, creative discussions or teams problem solving. It enables users to brainstorm, sketch and share ideas in real time by providing an infinite canvas where teams can draw, write, add sticky notes, images, and text. 

Whiteboard integrates with Microsoft Teams for seamless collaboration for remote teams. 

How to access

All ANU staff have access to Microsoft Whiteboard through the Microsoft 365 Applications Portal. The Microsoft Whiteboard application can be installed from the Company Portal (Windows).

For further support with access allocation and installation, please submit a Software Request ticket through the Service Desk portal.
