Project is a project management software for planning, scheduling, tracking and managing projects. It offers tools like Gantt charts for visualizing project timelines, kanban boards for task management and project calendars for scheduling. Users can allocate resources, track progress and manage budgets. 

Project also supports collaboration through task assignments and updates and provides reporting features for monitoring project performance. 

How to access

Access to Microsoft Project requires a purchase of a subscription licence. Each subscription licence allows for up to five concurrent installations of the Project desktop client.

It can be installed from the Company Portal (Windows) but requires a subscription licence to use. There is no Mac equivalent.
