eForms provide a streamlined, standardised and digitalised solution for a growing number of core business processes across the University. eForms are built by the Digital Solutions team within the Planning and Service Performance Division, using SmartIQ (formerly Intelledox Infiniti).
SmartIQ is a mobile and cloud-enabled digitalisation platform that optimises business processes (end to end), eliminates paper forms, streamlines complex tasks and allows for real time data integration to our core Enterprise Systems (Human Resources, Finance, Students, ERMS and the ANU Data Warehouse). SmartIQ is being used across the University to improve frustrating and inefficient processes with a focus on:
replacing complex manual processes with streamlined, fully-digitalised solutions
seamlessly integrating technology to bring separate information silos together into a centralised location,
dynamic output documentation with automated email reminders, and
automated and integrated workflow.
