Bridgette Martin is a registered Psychologist, with a Masters of Clinical Psychology and a Masters of Organisational Psychology.
Bridgette has a broad range of experience spanning Employee Assistance Program (EAP), private practice, and various consulting based roles. Prior to becoming registered as a Psychologist in 2017, Bridgette spent a large portion of her career in the tertiary education sector working in various professional roles, as well as an academic research assistant.
Although Bridgette is an experienced clinician, she will not be providing staff counselling in her role at ANU. Instead, Bridgette will consult with leaders and teams to identify their specific wellbeing needs and provide tailored recommendations and/or solutions.
