Planning Phase Complete
The Planning Phase for the Admissions Project concluded in November 2018 and involved the development of key project documents including the Project Plan, Risk Register, Issues Register, Communications Plan and Functional Specification Document.
Fifteen HDR Admissions Working Group meetings involving staff from across Central, Colleges and Schools were held over 2017/2018, completing deep-dives into the functional requirements for the Pre-Application, Application, Core Application Processing, Offers and Acceptance and Reporting components of the Admissions process.
Design and Build Underway
The Execution Phase for the Admissions Project commenced in January 2019.
The approved IT solution being used is Infiniti (Intelledox software) which has previously been used to develop other Student eForms such as HDR Milestone Reporting and Manage My Degree eForms. The Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre (IDTC) has commenced solution design, with development to commence shortly using an Agile / iterative development approach.
Further consultation will be undertaken as and when required with colleges and relevant service divisions.
