This library provides the standard project management, business analysis and testing documents commonly used during the life of a project. The minimum mandatory documents required for a project is based on a number of factors such as the project tier, category (Strategic initiative, Capital works, business transformation, and IT application and Infrastructure) and decisions from the project’s governance body.
The resources are listed by project life cycle stages to show where the document is first created and the most relevant guides. It is common practice to regularly review and update key documents throughout the project stages to reflect the latest governance decisions.
The Library also provides resources under Service Improvement and Redesign Toolkit, to support the ANU Service Performance Framework.
