To keep abreast of new features in any software package, periodic upgrades are inevitable.
The Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre (IDTC) embarked on a major software upgrade early on in 2019 with the final release planned for the end of July 2019.
During this year the IDTC team has undertaken extensive testing to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to our end-users and administrative staff.
To ensure continued support for eForms created prior to the upgrade, the IDTC is working with eForms Business Owners across the University to clean up and close-down older eForms currently in the system. The team expects to close down most eForms that were initiated more than 18 months ago, or have been determined to be broken, out-dated or no longer relevant.
As a result, eForms users may find their older forms are no longer accessible from the eForms portal.
All Business Units will be invited to partake in functional testing of their eForms after internal testing has been completed and successful.
