ANU has developed an extensive network of strategic relationships and collaborations with over 300 international universities and institutions. These linkages promote and facilitate the ability of ANU academics and students to engage with other outstanding institutions, advancing research and providing opportunities for international educational experiences.
Formal engagement can be facilitated through a number of formats including (but not limited to):
- Memoranda of Understanding, including Letters of Intent
- HDR Joint/Dual Degree Agreements
- Double Degree by coursework
- Articulation Agreements
- Student Exchange Agreements
- Other Collaborative Agreements
ANU also has several strategic partnerships where there is a particular and important relationship between the two institutions. These partnerships include the University of Tokyo, Peking University and Indiana University, and through Indiana University, the Pan Asia Institute.
