Improved management of prospective student enquiries.

In July 2013, the University introduced an outsourced service to assist in the management of prospective student enquiries.

Hobsons are a worldwide leader in student enquiry management and will be handling both international and domestic enquiries for undergraduate, postgraduate and higher degree research. The services also include campaign management, text messaging, chat functions, social media and other mobile technologies which enable effective communication with students worldwide. 

The service will allow ANU to have a greater understanding of student's information needs as well as an understanding of current market and industry trends for the programs that are offered. 

The Service Improvement Group has worked closely with the Division of International Outreach and Student Recruitment (DIOSR) to provide specialist project management support in the delivery of Phase Two of this project.
