The University may offer employment to higher education institution graduates under a Graduate Recruitment and Development Program, with an initial 12-month structured induction, training and development program including rotation to different work areas within the University or Division. Graduates employed under this program will have a commencing salary of ANU Officer Level 3, Step 1. Following successful completion of this 12-month program, employment will be confirmed at the ANU Officer Level 5, Step 2 salary level. Thereafter, the staff member will be eligible for salary progression in accordance with clause 24 (Incremental salary progression).
