Since the launch of the University Services Feedback form in January, staff and students have provided 120 pieces of feedback about what they think about the services at ANU. Of the feedback received: 21% have been to compliment on a job well done; 34% about feedback or a complaint about a service; and 45% have suggested ideas for improvement.
As part of the University’s commitment to continuous improvement, the University will be reviewing your feedback to identify new projects for the future, with a number of minor improvements already occurring since the launch of the form. The most common items raised in the feedback system relate to security, parking, transport and traffic, followed by HR systems and eForms.
