Earlier this year, the University launched a new streamlined process for staff to provide feedback on any ANU service through the eForms system. Next week this service will be expanded to include anyone within the ANU community, staff and students alike.
While it’s still early days, we have received over 70 feedback items submitted so far and we’re starting to see some trends and pain points across campus. ANU is commitment to continuous improvement, so your feedback is crucial for the University to identify how we can make things better for staff and students.
