The University is launching a new streamlined process for encouraging feedback on its services. This process will introduce an eForm which will enable the quick and easy submission of feedback on any University service, at any point in time. The benefits of this new process include:
- An easy to find and quick online form to provide feedback on any University service, at any time
- Increased accountability on service providers at ANU to ensure staff and students feel heard and are responded to in a timely and considered manner.
- Reporting to identify themes and trends to inform the ongoing process of improving the service culture at ANU.
Feedback may include compliments, complaints and new ideas or suggestions. Submissions provide the University an insight into the service experience of the community and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
The new feedback process will be live from 31 January 2018, following the Vice-Chancellor’s announcement at the State of the University Address. Look out for the feedback buttons that will be embedded throughout University service webpages from that date. Click on the feedback buttons from any location to submit your feedback.
