The UniForum data collection will take place in February 2016 and will be our fifth data collection. The UniForum Benchmarking initiative allows us to gather information on the University's professional staff profile and the cost of providing administrative support services. Participation in the project enables cross-institutional benchmarking with 20 other Australian and New Zealand universities.
The UniForum exercise will again be led by the Service Improvement Group who will liaise with primary contacts for each business unit, in order to prepare. Key dates, including the survey period and training sessions, will be published to the UniForum webpage and communicated to stakeholders once confirmed in early 2016.
