The Project Team successfully conducted User Experience Testing in October 2017. This activity included a range of stakeholders including representatives from the Student population, ANUSA, administrative staff from Residences, Sports and Recreation, the Marketing Office and the Functions on Campus team from Facilities & Services Division. The focus of the User Experience Testing was to provide an opportunity for users to provide feedback regarding the functionality and useability of the form, and to feed any ideas into the development process. During these sessions valuable feedback and suggestions were provided, with participants advising that the new eForm was much easier and simpler to use than the paper-based process and will reduce the turnaround time of applying for a function on campus.
The Intelledox Digital Transformation Team has incorporated several of the suggestions received during the User Experience Testing sessions into the solution, which is entering the final stages of development.
User Acceptance Testing and sign-off of the final solution is scheduled for the end of November 2017. Following successful testing and sign-off of the eForm, it will be released for use by Staff and Students of the University. Further communications regarding the solution will be released later in the year, with familiarisation/training sessions to be scheduled after the eForm is released.
