The first Service Improvement Forum was held in November last year and included, 47 presentations, 52 presenters and over 1,400 in final attendance figures. A survey was conducted following the Forum and 82% found it informative or very informative. The majority of respondents wanted the Forum held annually and in the month of November.
We are now planning the 2015 November Forum and would like your ideas on what you would like to see included in the program. You may also want to hold your own session to let people know about a service improvement initiative in your area.
