The Technical Workshops Project has commenced Stage 2. A key objective of Stage 2 is to implement continuous improvements to the Workshop Management System (WMS) with a view to enhancing the customer experience.
The changes will include updates to job request functions, easier sharing of jobs with other workshops, supplier order modifications, auto approval thresholds and easier data extraction.
The project team are working with the Research School technical staff to effect the improvements by the end of November 2019.
