Successful launch of SELT eForm solution to Evaluations Team

The Student Experience of Learning and Teaching (SELT) request eForm was soft-released to administrators in the Planning and Performance Measurement’s Evaluations team to facilitate data entry for Semester 1 SELT survey requests.

All Semester 1 SELT requests were successfully captured using the eForm solution, with the Evaluations team reporting that the eForm provided a straight-forward, intuitive and streamlined approach to capturing this data. A total of 1,282 eForms were generated by the Evaluations Team, and these were all completed and submitted for survey generation in two weeks, representing a significant reduction in effort and complexity. Records of all SELT requests were automatically saved in ERMS.

Further functionality is currently being tested to include the capturing of non-standard session data.
