In January 2017, the Intelledox Digital transformation Centre (IDTC) team commenced working on the SELT eForm which will digitalise the current paper-based application form for a SELT survey to be completed. This new eForm will replace approximately 3,000 manual survey request forms annually.
To collect student feedback on ANU course offerings and Teaching Staff, the Student Experience of Learning Support (SELT) was developed. SELT comprises of two student survey instruments: the Student Experience of Learning Support (course evaluation), and the Student Experience of Teaching (teaching evaluation).
With this new eForm, Course Conveners will be able to request a SELT survey online. This will greatly reduce the manual processing work currently being undertaken by the Evaluations Team from the Planning & Performance Management Division, but also streamline the survey request process, enhance reporting functionality and increase productivity.
