The Service Improvement Group has recently hosted a series of Focus Groups to reflect, take stock of what we have done well, what challenges remain and where to next. It is important that the service improvement program remains relevant and focussed; with the needs of the end user/customer being our primary concern. Feedback from these sessions will be analysed with data on the cost and effectiveness of our administration to support decisions on the direction of our future program.
The feedback, observations and ideas that have been put forward by participants is always greatly appreciated.
We will continue to host feedback sessions throughout the year, however we also encourage you to submit any improvement ideas you may have on our website.
