In January 2019, a new Student Experience of Learning and Teaching survey request eForm was released by the University for the Summer Session courses. This eForm included a digital, personalised, pre-populated SELT survey request. These changes eliminated the need to upload tutorial lists, significantly reducing the time required by Course Conveners to complete the request. Course Convenors can now add teaching staff to requests by simply typing in part of the teacher’s name, surname or ANU ID, then choosing from a pre-populated list before submission.
For Semester 1, the eForm has been further streamlined to enable an auto-submit functionality for end-of-course surveys, ensuring that every relevant course is surveyed.
For 2019 to date, across Summer, Autumn and Semester 1 Sessions, a total of 1,543 eForms have been generated and sent to Course Conveners, with 1,496 already completed and submitted.
The Evaluations Team of the Planning & Performance Measurement Division released a short animated video to further assist users of the eForm and highlight benefits of the changes.
