The HR Division have worked with an external consultant, Partners in Performance (PiP), on a review of the PDR process during June and July 2019. Engagement across campus was excellent with over 80 staff taking part.
The review considered a number of aspects of how we do performance management at ANU including what support staff might need to better engage with the process, as well as potential changes to the eForm and system we currently use.
In August, PiP presented a set of recommendations to the Senior Management Group, General Managers and Service Division Directors for consideration.
