Future Student Contact Centre Update

The Future Student Contact Centre opened on 12 February 2019 and operates 8am-8pm Monday to Friday. The centre includes 4 ongoing staff and 18 student casuals (including 7 international students). Many of the team speak languages other than English including Mandarin, Vietnamese and Iranian.

The team receive around 100 enquiries per day, with only 4% being forwarded to other parts of the University for response.

Customer Service Benchmarking Australia (CSBA) monitors the team in order to maintain a high quality customer experience. The latest CSBA benchmarking results put us in the top 5 in the education sector and top 10 nationwide.
