The Functions on Campus eForm project has moved into the development phase after the sign-off of the Functional Specification by the Business Owner. To transition the approval of minor staff functions where liquor is sold, from a manual approval to a digitalised process, the delegation #25 has been formally added to the relevant Delegates’ profiles.
This will allow Deans and Directors to provide written authorisation via this eForm to University staff in their Department to sell, supply or purchase liquor for minor events (less than 100 people) held in a University building or in the grounds adjacent to a University Building.
In the coming weeks, a comprehensive Communications Plan will be developed in consultation with the Business Owner and User Experience & User Acceptance Testing sessions will commence.
