Following user feedback, a number of enhancements have been made to Student eForm reports that are available via Insight, including reports relating to student requests for special consideration or deferred examinations. These include an enhanced report and two new reports, as detailed below.
Enhancement to the Deferred exam report:
- The previous Deferred exam eForm decisions report was replaced by a new Deferred exam eForm tracking list report. The enhanced version now includes details of the course as a separated field, as well as the name and UID of the course convenor. New functionality has been added to filter by course owner, down to the school level.
Special consideration eForm tracking list report:
- A new Special consideration eForm tracking list report has been generated to report on special considerations by course. Similar to the enhanced deferred exam report, this report includes details of the course as a separate field, as well as convenor details. The report can also be filtered by course owner, down to the school level.
Student eForm history report:
- A new report has been generated to return a detailed list of all student eForms submitted by a given student. This report is searchable by student name or UID.
Access to Student eForm reporting, remains unchanged.
