The ERMS and Intelledox systems have been successfully integrated following a collaborative effort across the Intelledox Digital Transformation Centre, Human Resources, Finance, University Records and ITS.
This means that Intelledox eForms are now automatically added to the relevant staff or student file in the ERMS. These include:
- Travel Approvals
- Professional Development Reviews (PDR)
- Accelerated Increments.
Since go live in March this year, over 4,100 individual eForms (cumulating in over 6,170 documents) have been automatically stored in ERMS. The automation means that staff save time by not having to manually add the eForm to the ERMS and there is now one single point to search and access eForms.
