2018 Student Administration & Services Forum

The SAS Forum is just around the corner - Student Administration and Service professionals unite!

The Forum is a chance to connect with your peers to motivate change, hear engaging presentations on hot topics, and discuss your profession and your University.

Featuring our keynote, the media-luminary Stephen Mattchet of Campus Morning Mail! Revealing the four challenges facing professional staff in the era of digital delivery and big-data.

The SAS Forum promotes innovation, ingenuity and creativity among different areas of expertise across Australian universities. This year's Forum  'Agents of Change’ will explore how changes in Australian universities influence students and other high-educational stakeholders. More information, as well as scheduled presentations, can be found in this year's Program.

The Forum will take place on 13 & 14 September at the Haydon Allen Lecture Theatre ‘The Tank’ and The Copland Lecture Theatre.

There’s even a pre-forum workshop on becoming an agent of cultural change in the prevention of violence (there are only 5 tickets left, so register now!). The MATE Bystander workshop will provide you with the tools to feel confident in addressing harmful and abusive behaviour. Topics covered in this workshop include: language and jokes, sexual harassment, racism and discrimination and bullying and harassment. Held on Wednesday 12 September between 1:00 – 4:30pm at the Hanna Neumann (Building 21) Seminar Room GO58.
