2015 Administrative Services Survey – coming soon

To assist in identifying user satisfaction across administrative services, the Executive Director (Administration and Planning) sponsors the annual Administrative Services Survey. The survey results are used to inform and prioritise service improvement activities including: identifying improvement opportunities, improving future performance and ultimately provide high-quality, targeted services to administration users.

The 2015 survey will be distributed in mid-August to staff in the following positions: Senior Executive, Dean, Director, Level E academic with management responsibility, or at a Senior Manager (SM) level within the University. Participating staff are encouraged to complete the survey to assist in driving effective and efficient services that meet the needs of our customers.
