The HR eForm reporting project will enable reporting on data extracted from requests entered into the new HR eForms. At present, the reporting includes a suite of detail reports based on data entered into the AI and VaHA eForms which will increase the University's ability to manage and report on eForm requests during any stage in the process. Some of these reports contain consolidated data but also have the capability to drill-down into a more detailed report containing individual record information, which provides greater context. The reports will lead to a number of benefits including:
- increased visibility of the workflow progress
- reduced time and effort in collating and compiling data
- the ability to view summarised information
- increased ability to monitor form usage.

The underlying data are refreshed daily.
The HR eForm reports are available through the ANU Insight portal and can be run at any time by staff who have access to the relevant data in the HR Management System (HRMS).
