Remote access

All enrolled ANU students are automatically granted permission to access student campus services via the remote access service.

Global Protect is available for Window, Mac and Linux operating systems.

ANU provides a remote access service for ANU Partners, visitors or contractors (an ANU Partner is a VaHA/Contractor/Vendor/ or POI) on request via the University Systems Access Request form which includes the business reason for the access, with the support of the area supervisor. A copy of the form can be found at https://policies.anu.edu.au/ppl/document/ANUP_001010

In order to establish Remote Access to the ANU, you will need to download and Install the corresponding GlobalProtect agent for your device. Please find the related advice under the 'Remote Access' links section, or through the Knowledge Base Article links below.

Note:  Cisco AnyConnect has now been decommissioned.  To gain remote access you will need to install GlobalProtect.
