Echo360 Service Privacy Notice

The Australian National University is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles and ANU Privacy Policy when dealing with your personal information.  You can contact us about your personal information at privacy@anu.edu.au to make a complaint or inquiry.

The ANU has contracted Echo360 Inc, the owner and operator of the Echo360 online system to provide the University with the Echo360 service, which is located on an external website in Australia.

If you wish to use Echo360 online service you will be required to agree to Echo360’s End User Licence Agreement; Online Terms of Use; and Privacy Policy (Echo360 Policy Documents).

Any personal information or data you submit to Echo360 will be managed in accordance with Echo360’s Policy Documents.  The information collected by the Echo360 system will be available to teaching staff of the course for the purposes of assessment and administrators for the improvement of Echo360 service.

If you do not agree to Echo360’s Policy Documents, you will not be able to access and use the Echo360 service.
