Workforce planning

In seeking to ensure that the University has a sustainable workforce to achieve our research, education and community outcomes, workforce and succession planning will be undertaken as part of The Australian National University's overall planning to ensure that it is capable of delivering staffing objectives now and into the future.

The Diversity and Workforce Planning Branch, within the Human Resources Division, will assist you with Human Resource (HR) data, analysis and strategies to support your College/Divisional workforce and succession planning.
