Leadership 360 Survey

Effective and inspirational leaders are critical to the University’s success, and so it is important to develop leadership capacity in your college/school/department. The Leadership 360 Survey helps you achieve this by assessing leader behaviours and effectiveness based on feedback from those ‘all around’ you, including peers, subordinates and supervisors. This multi-rater feedback informs personal strengths and development needs in order to improve leadership and team performance.
