I believe mentoring is important because it provides an opportunity for reflection on your career with an experienced person outside the direct working environment.

I have carried out my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Germany before coming to ANU. I was a member of the ARC College of Experts 2016-2018 and have a good knowledge about ARC grant processes. A key challenge is certainly balancing work with a family with both partners working and maintaining a healthy work life balance.
