Types of mentoring:
Academic

I believe mentoring is important because it can accelerate personal and professional development, open new career ideas and overcome siloing, which in turn provides more opportunities to materialise the already made personal investments.

I can bring experiences and advice in securing competitive funding on an EMCA level. My background starts with strong international experiences and career track across 3 continents. I have career expertise in fundamental biology with links to medicine, but also out-of-research involvements such as in consulting and intellectual property. My international experiences allow me to provide some context to the existing and possible academic opportunities.
