Casual parking is available to:

  • Staff
  • Students
  • Honorary staff
  • Visitors
  • Contractors
  • Conference participants
  • Motorcyclists

CellOPark Pay as you Go (PAYG) parking

  • Parking is charged on a minute by minute basis
  • No minimum time limit.

PAYG parking is available in designated surface parking areas, as well as on levels 4 and 5 of the Baldessin parking station.

How to pay for parking

After registering choose a payment method. There are three ways to pay:

  • Debit card - charged once a month
  • Credit card - charged once a month
  • Prepaid CellOPark cards - available from the Parking Office in the form of $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 cards.

How to use CellOPark

There are three ways to use CellOPark. You can either:

  • Use your app: Scan the QR code or select your location, car park zone number, and vehicle registration number. Hit START to activate your parking session. Hit STOP to end your parking session; or
  • Call (02) 8599 9747 to commence your parking session and follow the prompts to START your session. Call again to STOP your parking session. (Note you must have caller ID activated), or
  • Login to your account via the CellOPark website, and follow the prompts to START your parking session. Login again to STOP your parking session.

Make sure you note the parking zone and pay for the time required. You should not start your session until you have parked your vehicle.  Make sure the clock starts to count when starting your session.

You must press STOP at the end of your parking session, otherwise the session will continue until 5pm at which time the parking session will stop automatically.

If you own more than one car, it is important that you have changed your active vehicle in CellOPark to the one that you want to park on campus. Failure to do this may result in an infringement being issued.

Short term free parking

  • Limited free parking is available on campus
  • Available from five minutes up to two hours depending on location.

Pay and Display parking

  • NEW - credit and debit cards accepted
  • You can aslo pay with cash (coins only)
  • Minimum charge is $2.10 (for 1 hour)
  • Users display the voucher on the dashboard of their vehicle
  • Minimum of one hour and maximum of three hours (two hours at University House)

Short term time limited free parking

  • Limited free parking is available on campus
  • Parking is available from five minutes up to two hours, depending on location
