Student Administration & Records

The Student Administration and Records (STAR) provides back office support for the management of a large number of administrative processes.  Some of these processes include invoicing, some student debt collection, cancellation for non-payment of fees, refunds, coursework variation requests such as degree transfers, leave, withdrawals and changes to enrolments for both coursework and HDR students. STAR is responsible for managing the offer and set up processes of both HDR and coursework scholarships and ensuring students have completed and are HESA compliant with HELP request form submission.  Responsibility for the management of student records using the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) is supported by STAR.
