Debra has over 25 years' experience across both the private and government sectors. She worked for 12 years at the Australian Bureau of Statistics, most recently as a statistical consultant to the government and business, before moving to the private sector to work for professional services firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, TPG Capital (Private Equity) and Flagstaff Partners (Corporate & Financial Advisory).  She has held roles such as Senior Performance Analyst, Senior Planning Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Microsoft Office Specialist, Office Manager, Survey Team Leader, Statistical Consultant and eMedia Solutions Developer.  

Debra has a broad skill-set including computer programming, desktop publishing, website design and development, process and systems improvement and statistics. Debra commenced at ANU in 2014, working in the Planning and Performance Measurement Division and Service Improvement Group.

Currently Debra is the Strategy and Planning Manager in the Service Improvement Group, and is responsible for University Services Feedback and UniForum. Debra also works in partnership with the Planning and Performance Measurement Division on the annual Administrative Services Survey.
