VIP Visits and Protocol Coordinator

Sandy is originally from Orange, Central Western New South Wales but has been in Canberra for the past 28 years.

Sandy has worked at the University for eight-and-a-half years in the role of VIP Visits and Protocol Coordinator and two-and-a-half-years at the ANU National Security College.

As the go-to VIP visits person Sandy has had some exciting career highlights, including being involved with the visit of Daw Aung Sung Suu Kyi, President of Timor-Leste and the President (then Vice-President) of China to ANU.

When Sandy isn't busy developing our diplomatic and government relations, she is looking after the other VIPs in her life - her six grandchildren.
