The Organisational Change team provides high quality services and high level advice on management of organisational changes; staff employment; job classifications and remuneration policy; and general workplace relations matters, including grievance resolution and performance management support in order to assist in building a sustainable workforce and ensure a productive workforce to meet University goals and objectives.
