The Office of Commonwealth and Government Relations is the point of liaison between the University and all levels of Government.
As Australia’s national university, ANU has specific responsibilities to form strong relationships with parliamentary representatives and government agencies to help ensure they have ready access to the scope and depth of the expertise available at ANU.
The role of the Office of Commonwealth and Government Relations includes:
- providing a gateway for government and parliamentarians to the most relevant ANU expertise;
- providing analysis and advice to the University Executive;
- assisting ANU staff in their communications with ACT and Federal Government representatives.
