Government Relations

The Government Relations team interfaces with all levels of Government on priority issues for the University. Given we are Australia’s national university, we have specific responsibilities to form strong relationships with Members of Parliament, Senators and departmental leaders to help ensure they have ready access to the scope and depth of the expertise available at ANU. Our role includes coordinating briefings at Parliament House and on ANU campus to highlight the work of ANU experts. We also work with internal stakeholders to elevate specific funding needs to government. We provide advice, high-quality analysis and expertise to Academics and the University Executive.
