In 2012  the centre became the Centre for Higher Education, Learning and Teaching (CHELT) and her role changed to a position as the Senior Administrator in the Promoting Excellence team in CHELT.  Lyn has responsibility in administering and managing the education awards, grants, and fellowships schemes. She also manages the website for CHELT, along with other design-based and desktop publishing work.
